  Mon, 10/11/10, 5:30 pm - 9:30 pm - Acterra's Green@... program can prepare you to become an Energy Specialist to assist residents in reducing home energy use, cost and protect the environment. With your help, residents can reduce between 2,000-5,000 pounds of CO2 emissions per year when they have an Home Energy Audit. As a Green@... volunteer you will meet with residents in their homes to install basic energy and water-savings devices and create a conservation plans. HouseCalls are currently being performed in Cupertino, Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Redwood City and Sunnyvale. Please join us in this effort and spread the word. You may choose from the following training sessions:
Session I (in English)
2 Tuesdays, Oct 11th AND 18th, 5:30 p.m. - 9:45 p.m., in Cupertino
Also due to the great need for Spanish speaking volunteers, we're excited to now offer the Volunteer Training in Spanish. If you like to practice your Spanish, want to learn environmental concepts in Spanish and/or learn more this is for you. Please choose from the following Spanish Training sessions:
